At Ruh-e-Attar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for damaged items.
Eligibility
Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged. All items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Exchangeable Items

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
