All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. Ruh-e-Attar reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Order Placement & Confirmation
When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected items from Ruh-e-Attar. Upon receiving your order, we will acknowledge it by contacting you via phone, email, or SMS, confirming the order details, delivery address, and available quantity of each item (“Order Confirmation Email or SMS”).
A binding contract between you and Ruh-e-Attar is formed only when you reconfirm the order by replying to our confirmation via email or SMS.
Eligibility
Users who are minors or under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, transact, or use this website.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Closed: Sundays and Public Holidays
Ruh-e-Attar operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Customers are advised to retain copies of all transaction records, policies, and terms for future reference.
Product Availability
Ruh-e-Attar maintains stock at its distribution centre to ensure timely delivery. However, if an item becomes unavailable, customers will be notified promptly.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are applied separately—please refer to the Delivery Information section for details.
While we make every effort to ensure price accuracy, errors may occur. If an incorrect price is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or allow you to cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order for the incorrectly priced item will be cancelled automatically.
Prices displayed on the website apply to online purchases only and may differ from in-store or other sales channels. Ruh-e-Attar reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Updated prices cannot be claimed against orders already confirmed or delivered.
Changes in Price & Availability
Ruh-e-Attar may revise prices or discontinue products at its discretion without notice. Price reductions after purchase do not qualify for refunds. Product availability is not guaranteed and inventory selection may change at any time.
Receiving Your Order
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery for accuracy, completeness, and condition.
All claims for missing or damaged items must be reported to Ruh-e-Attar immediately.
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify Ruh-e-Attar promptly. After investigation, we may authorize a replacement or full refund, where applicable.
All original packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved. Please do not damage or discard the manufacturer’s packaging.
Payment
Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
We do not accept cheques or any other payment methods at this time.
Delivery
If multiple items are ordered for the same delivery address, they may be shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery of all items on the same day.
Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 1 to 4 working days. However, depending on the product and delivery location, delivery may take 15 to 20 days or longer in rare cases. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery timeframe via email or SMS within 2 to 4 working days of placing the order.
If delivery is delayed beyond the timeframe stated in your Order Confirmation Email or SMS, please contact Customer Care with your order number.
Delivery is considered complete once the items are delivered to the address provided. After delivery, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Ownership of goods passes only after full payment has been received.
Cancellation fees (if applicable) will be deducted prior to issuing any refund.
